Louis Chen, a Research Associate in Distributed Quantum Computing at Imperial College London, is the founder of Quantumpedia, a premier online encyclopedia dedicated to quantum technology. With extensive experience in device design and fabrication, he specializes in the development of quantum protocols and computing architectures. Before his current role, Louis worked as an R&D engineer at TSMC, focusing on embedded systems. He is also a Qiskit Advocate at IBM Q and a mentor with two prominent quantum computing organizations, QOSF and QWorld. In addition, he serves as a quantum policy advisor at Imperial College London, helping the university establish its quantum computing center, QuEST.
